CLUBHOUSE RENTALS

Rental of the Clubhouse for private functions is available to adult members who are at least 23 years of age.

Non-members who wish to rent the Clubhouse facilities must be sponsored by a member.  Both member sponsor and non-member renter are equally liable should there be damage or items that must be replaced.

Clubhouse rentals do not include access to the pond or adjoining areas.

Cancellation fees may apply.

Type A:  Party

                This is for a 24 hour rental of the premises.  Cost is $360, which includes cleaning by a professional hired by the WPS&RC.  In addition, a security deposit of $150.00 is required.  Unless specifically requested and a separate fee is paid, this reservation does not include the pool nor its facilities.  

Type B:  2 Hour Daytime Party

                This classification is meant for small parties, such as for a child's birthday.  Cost is $60.00 and does not require a security deposit or cleaning fee.  Renter is responsible for all cleaning.  Unless specifically requested and a separate fee is paid, this reservation does not include the pool nor its facilities.

Type C:  4 Hour Business Meeting

                A meeting  - NOT a party.  Cost is $150.00 and does not require a security deposit or a cleaning fee.  Renter is responsible for all cleaning.

Type D:  Meetings of Woodland Pond Associations

                    

                Evening meetings of the following associations:

• Homeowners - Phase 1
• Homeowners - Phase 2
• Homeowners - First Branch
• Lakefront
• Garden Club
