SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CLUBHOUSE

 

Clubhouse Capacity – 150

 

Seating –
        2 sofas and 2 club chairs by the fireplace
        Folding chairs – approx. 115

 

Tables - 

        Twenty 6’ rectangular folding tables
        Twelve 52” diameter round tables – these are outside, but may be used

                      inside if the pool is not in use

 

Kitchen appliances –

        Electric oven with 4 burner range

        Microwave

        Refrigerator with freezer

        Dishwasher

        Stove top kettle, but no coffee pot


        The kitchen also has an odd assortment of utensils and hot pads, but renter will have to supply their own plates, flatware, cups and glasses, pots, pans and serving dishes.

       


BBQ - Charcoal grills are outside the French doors ofthe fireplace wall.

Decorating -
        Nothing can be hung, taped, or tacked to the walls, sound baffles or ceiling fans.  There are a few nails and hooks over the fireplace which can be used to hang a banner or pictures, etc.

The artificial trees in the room have lights that can be plugged in.

Candles only may be lit in the fireplace.  No wood fires!

Music - Absolutely! But musicians or your sound system can only be inside.
